:

Position: Custom Documentation Executive
Salary: AED4,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 AED6,000.00 per month
Location: Jabel Ali-UAE

Experience: Logistic Industry: 5 years (Required)

Mandatory:

1) Well versed in JAFZA rules

2) Should have worked in Dubai Customs , Dubai Trade , Dubai Municipality modules

3) Should be having a freight forwarding background

Responsibilities:
Checking mail and coordinating /assisting our customer.
Food item registration & label assessment
Food import request
Ability to follow proper food handling procedures
Sound knowledge in health safety regulations
Knowledge in food destruction process
Maintain understanding and keep up-to-date with changes as they occur, so as to be able to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements and all other customs related matters.
May require arranging for transportation for some cargo collection.
To act as incharge of the team in the absence of the Head / Manager.
Any other task given by management.
Report preparation and presentation.
Review and processing of the different types of customs forms required for export / import docs.
Review and identification of customs documentation requirements.

Documentation with Food Products: 5 years (Required)
Certification:
Bachelors degree in logistics will be an advantage
