Job Purpose

Submission of documents to free zone customs to pass bill of entry and exit for import and export parts shipments. Manage all in (import shipments) and out (export shipments) transections through CTP software and e-mersal-2. To assist for custom inspection and clearance. Tally all transactions on daily basis. Filing all documents accurately as per the free zone custom audit terms.

Job Responsibilities

• Update Inbound shipment invoice to CTP software and output file to be upload on E-mirsal2 for bill of entry.
• Update outbound shipment invoice to be upload to CTP software and output file to be upload on E-mirsal2 for bill of exit declaration.
• To assist for custom inspections and shipment Clarence
• Daily tally, filling and verifying bill of entry & bill of exit declarations as per free zone customs norms.
• Handle delivery orders, release of cargo release notes to customers against payments of dues and proper endorsed documents.
• Follow up of documentation requirements with local as well as overseas customers
• Scrutinize shipping documents upon receipt, update the consignee of any discrepancies, and coordinate with them for corrective measures as applicable.
• Arrange legalization of documents as applicable.
• Follow up with Principal/Vessel agent for Vessel status/delivery order readiness.
• Arrange timely collection of D/O from Shipping Lines/ Airlines/agents as applicable.
• Prepare request for the Freight/Customs duty as applicable.
• Responsible to make necessary arrangement to deliver the invoices with supporting in a timely manner.
• Custom clearance and bill of exit documentations for main land ARTC branches and customers.
• Arrange gate pass for out bound shipments through free zone administration.
• Maintain up-to-date database in CTP software matching with Auto line transections with 100% accurate stocks.
• Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.
• Update and control procedure documents and forms.
• Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems
• Take charge of all document identification, classification and filing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Automotive industry

Experience
5 years\' experience where 2 years in a similar role preferably within the same industry
Experience in custom clearance, passing bill of entry/exit declarations with Dubai Free zone custom operations.
Experience in custom software and emersal-2

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
• Well-organised & effective plans in all situations.
• Can work under pressure with deadlines and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of automotive software would be added advantage
• DMS & Brio operating knowledge
