Far Stafford is a back office of its sister companies in the United States, founded to provide analytical, management and administrative services. Documentation and Compliance specialists help organizations ensure that their operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. They are responsible for monitoring and documenting compliance activities.

Compliance Specialist Responsibilities:

• Makes sure that the company is in compliance with all the HR requirements for federal and

states laws.

• Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
• Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
• Tracking and responding to complaints.
• Maintaining records of compliance activities.
• Communicating with government agencies.
• Preparing and filing compliance reports.

Compliance Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Basic Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Documenting and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong memory of dates and regulations.
