Establish, implement, and maintain a document control system for the Technical Department in line with Condor Building Contracting policies and project requirements.
Establish and manage workflows and all related process and procedures according to the company policies and lines of authorities. Coordinate document flow among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
Manage and track all incoming and outgoing project-related documents, ensuring proper filing, storage, and accessibility.
Ensure version control, document numbering, and standardization of templates for technical documentation, contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports.
Implement electronic document management systems (EDMS) and maintain digital and physical records securely.
Monitor compliance with document control procedures and ensure alignment with Dubai real estate regulations and project-specific guidelines.
Support the Commercial Director and project teams by providing accurate documentation reports and ensuring the timely retrieval of records when needed.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of documents.
Provide training and guidance to team members on document control processes and best practices.
