We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive
Document Controller / Secretary to the Managing Director / HR Assistant
to manage company documentation, provide executive-level secretarial support, and assist with daily HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with professionalism and ensure smooth office and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and control all company documents (electronic and hard copy).
Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and easily retrievable.
Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking systems.
Prepare, review, and distribute documents in coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests to ensure effective time management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of relevant experience
in a similar role.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills in English .
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
