Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Document Controller cum Cashier to join our fantasitc team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate handling of company documents and financial transactions by performing the dual role of document control and supervice the cashier team. This position supports both administrative and finance departments in maintaining proper records and cash flow processes.
Key Responsibilities

Document Control Duties:
Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents in an organized and secure manner.
Assign shifts and manage scheduling for adequate coverage
Track the status of controlled documents and update logs accordingly.
Ensure timely retrieval of documents and distribute them to relevant departments or personnel.
Assist with document formatting, version control, and compliance with company standards.
Cashier's Supervisor Duties:
Oversee all front-end cashier staff to ensure accurate and efficient checkout procedures..
Maintain daily cash records and ensure reconciliation of the cash register at day end.
Prepare cash summaries and reports for the finance department.
Monitor cash drawers and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Train new cashiers on POS systems, transaction policies, and customer service standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies on returns, refunds, and security protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar dual role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Trustworthy and capable of managing cash with integrity.
