We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Document Controller cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation while also providing day-to-day administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control:
Manage and control all project and office documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of records.
Track, distribute, and update project drawings, reports, and correspondences.
Ensure documents comply with company and client standards.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper document flow and version control.
Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing letters, reports, memos, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and office inventory.
Support HR and procurement departments in documentation and coordination.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in daily office operations.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role (Document Control / Administration).
3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
