Position: Document Controller
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: Upto AED 3,500
Availability: Immediate Joining

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller in a contracting or construction company. Strong knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation systems. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle technical documents, drawings, and correspondence efficiently. Ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all project-related documents, drawings, and records systematically. Ensure proper filing, version control, and document distribution to relevant departments. Track, update, and archive project documents and correspondence in accordance with company standards. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Consultants to ensure accurate and timely document flow. Maintain an updated log of incoming and outgoing documents (submittals, RFI, transmittals, etc.). Ensure that all documents meet the project and client requirements before submission. Handle confidential and sensitive documents with integrity and professionalism. Support the project team with printing, scanning, and distribution of drawings and technical files.
Skills & Competencies:

Familiarity with construction documentation standards and project workflows. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
