BDI is a leading mechanical and pipeline contracting company in the UAE, specializing in infrastructure, utilities, and mechanical works. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced
Document Controller
to manage our project documentation and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control the project documents (technical, commercial, correspondence, drawings, submittals).
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and easy retrieval of documents.
Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking sheets.
Review and check documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Distribute documents to concerned departments, consultants, and clients as required.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QHSE, Procurement, and HR for documentation requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure controlled access of documents.
Prepare reports and support ISO/IMS documentation.
? Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
2 years UAE experience
in document control (preferably in construction or contracting firms).
Strong knowledge of MS Office, PDF editing, and DMS systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle high-volume documentation with accuracy.
Familiar with ISO/IMS documentation procedures (preferred).
