Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications in accordance with company standards.
Establish and implement document control procedures and filing systems for construction projects.
Control the distribution, archiving, and retrieval of project documents and ensure proper version control.
Coordinate document transmittals between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking systems using document management software.
Ensure all documentation complies with quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Process and distribute RFIs, submittals, and change orders in a timely manner.
Prepare reports and documentation for project meetings and audits
.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects.
Proficiency in document management systems.
Strong knowledge of construction documentation processes and industry standards.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
