We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Document Controller / Analyst / Administrator
to support daily operations by managing documents, organizing data, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role is ideal for
fresh graduates
with strong organizational and analytical skills who are eager to start their career in the UAE.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Control
Manage, update, and maintain company documents, forms, contracts, and records.
Ensure all documents are properly indexed, filed, and securely stored.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission or approval.
Distribute and track documents to relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality practices.
Data & Analysis Support
Update internal databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Prepare simple reports and summaries from available data.
Assist the team in basic data analysis and verification.
Identify document trends, errors, or gaps for improvement.
Administrative Duties
Coordinate with internal teams for document requests and approvals.
Manage correspondence, emails, and office communications.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support daily office operations.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and departmental documents.
Handle scanning, printing, photocopying, and basic office tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or any related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply (0-1 year experience).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
