RESPONSIBILITIES Act as focal point for return of consolidated comments to Contractor Document Control, facilitate and coordinate flow of records, information using applicable software systems.
Receive, register, distribute, return comments and file all technical and non-technical documents
Manage central hard copy and electronic filing systems
Experience using record document control management database systems.
Microsoft Windows software application skills include Word, Access, Excel and Windows NT operating system.
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Facilitate and coordinate the flow of PT information
Review accuracy and completeness of the Contractor\'s MDR QUALIFICATIONS University Degree
5yrs experience in Oil & gas and 3yrs experience in a similar position
