We are recruiting a UAE experienced secretary or office administrator with HR experience working at senior director, MD or CEO level to join their JLT team.
Candidates must have experience of working with DMCC and JAFZA regulations.
Role Summary
Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO; prepare letters and documents such as management presentations and reports.
Calendar management to arrange meetings and make extensive travel arrangements.
Manage contract renewals for property, vehicles and employee visas.
Handle petty cash.
Client and supplier relationship management
Meet and greet corporate visitors.
Mandatory Skills & Experience Required
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an executive level secretary or administrator to an MD, CEO or senior director preferably within the engineering industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to work in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT).
Fluent in English \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Fluency in Tagalog is a strong advantage.
Pleasant personality with a customer focused approach, innovative, solution and detail oriented, discreet, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
