Design and analyze structural systems (concrete, steel, etc.) for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other UAE authority regulations (Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.
Prepare and submit structural drawings and documents for DM approval.
Attend technical meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and CAD technicians.
Conduct site inspections and issue structural site reports.
Manage structural design stages from concept to construction documentation.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Civil/Structural Engineering.
DM Structural Engineer Approval
(mandatory).
Minimum 3 - 5
years of experience
in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
Proficient in structural software such as
ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structure
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE building codes
,
BS
,
ACI
, or
Eurocodes
.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
