Job Description

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Engineer (G+1) to join our dynamic and growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have valid DM approval and proven experience in handling construction and fit-out projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage project execution, ensure compliance with local regulations, and deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

?Oversee all stages of construction, structural, and civil works for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

?Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with DM standards and project requirements.

?Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and Dubai Municipality authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections.

?Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design and statutory requirements.

?Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.

?Supervise contractors and ensure timely delivery of work according to approved plans.

?Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation for management and clients.

? Approval experience in DM, DCD, DDA and NOC approval experience with Trakhees, Emaar, Damac and other major developers

Qualifications & Requirements

?Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

?Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1(Minimum) approval.

?Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the UAE construction or fit-out industry.

?Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and local authority procedures.

?Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.

?Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
