We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Civil Site Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in construction and site management, with proven ability to supervise civil projects from start to finish in line with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute civil works in accordance with approved Dubai Municipality drawings (structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing).
Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Review project plans and specifications; monitor compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and quality control checks.
Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed on-site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Dubai Municipality (DM) approval as a Civil Engineer.
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering and construction management, preferably in the contracting sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software and relevant technical tools.
Excellent project management skills - ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
