Job Description

:

We are seeking a

DM-approved Civil Engineer

with expertise in

Road Contracting Projects

to join our infrastructure team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing road construction works in compliance with

Dubai Municipality

standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of road construction and maintenance projects as per

Dubai Municipality

guidelines. Coordinate and supervise site activities including excavation, sub-base, asphalt laying, and pavement works. Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Ensure all construction activities meet

DM, RTA

, and other regulatory authority requirements. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and submit progress reports, quality control documentation, and inspection requests. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed on-site. Attend inspections with

DM engineers

and handle compliance issues.

Requirements:

Dubai Municipality approved Civil Engineer license

(Valid and active). Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum of

10+ years of experience

in road construction and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

UAE local regulations

,

RTA

, and

DM standards

for road works. Proficient in using project management and design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Civil 3D, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. UAE Driving License.

Preferred Experience:

Road networks, interchanges, and infrastructure projects. Dealing with Dubai government authorities (RTA, DM, DEWA, etc.)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
