We are seeking an experienced personnel to lead our Flooring & Coating Division, to oversee and manage daily operations at various work sites in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Paint, Coating, Marble and Tile fixing operations. The ideal candidate must be able to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: To Manage and Supervise the work sites. Ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols. Manage workflow and resolve any issues during installation. Lead and motivate the team to meet project deadlines. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. Monitor material quality and inventory. Review and approve drawings and other submittals, ensuring compliance with the design. Monitor and report on the progress of the works, providing updates to the Higher Authorities and Ministry representatives. Coordinate with contractors, resolving any technical issues that arise during operations. Ensure that the project is completed to the highest quality standards and within the agreed timeline. Key Requirements: Experience & Industry Knowledge: Minimum 5+ years of experience Strong network within the construction, retail, and architectural sectors Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Please send your resume/CV
