We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cleaning Division Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our cleaning division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should be ONLY from Facilites / Cleaning / Housekeeping(Hotel Industry) with UAE Driving Licence with a car is a Must
Operational Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all cleaning operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control protocols. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities. Foster a positive and productive work environment.Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure client satisfaction. Develop proposals for new clients and manage contract renewals.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement operational procedures. Proficient in budget management and financial analysis. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work flexible hours and handle stress.
