Job Description
Our client, a group of company is looking for a Division Manager for their Division in agritectural solutions for facades, interior designs, front-of-house, and landscaping. This role focuses on integrating agriculture technology with architectural solutions to drive innovation in sustainable urban environments.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic vision for agritectural solutions, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client needs.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team specializing in product portfolio development, technical services, supply chain, installation, and after-sales support.
- Drive research and innovation in integrating agricultural technologies (e.g., vertical farming, hydroponics, smart irrigation) with facade and landscape solutions.
- Establish partnerships with technology providers, architects, and urban planners to enhance agritectural applications.
- Ensure seamless execution of projects by providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Develop operational frameworks to support sustainable and scalable growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in agriculture technology, urban farming, or green infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of hydroponics, aeroponics, smart irrigation, and controlled environment agriculture.
- Expertise in team-building, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to drive innovation, sustainability, and market expansion
