Division Manager

Job Description
Division Manager will oversee the daily operations and performance of the assigned division, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. She will manage staff, implement strategies to achieve business goals, and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise the female division team to achieve departmental objectives. Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures. Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve client concerns promptly. Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, training, and support. Manage scheduling, workflow, and resources effectively. Oversee compliance with company standards, safety, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports on performance, budgets, and progress toward goals. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the division.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Knowledge of industry-specific operations (fitness, hospitality, or corporate). Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
