to lead and grow our metal works division, handling both structural and decorative architectural elements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, leadership ability, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality metalwork projects within the UAE.
This role requires end-to-end management of architectural metal works such as
handrails, balustrades, staircases, louvers, screens, canopies, pergolas, facade features, and custom decorative steel works
, from design coordination through fabrication and installation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Architectural Metal Works division including planning, execution, manpower, and delivery.
Oversee structural and decorative metal installations at site ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Supervise fabrication processes, quality inspections, and final site installation.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
Ensure quality standards and HSE compliance are followed on all sites.
Manage costs, material procurement, and subcontractors efficiently.
Resolve technical and site coordination challenges.
Support the estimation and tendering team with technical input when required.
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in
architectural metal works / steel fabrication & installation
.
Strong site execution and project management background.
Experience in facade-related and architectural steel systems is highly preferred.
Knowledge of shop drawings, method statements, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
Leadership experience in managing teams, foremen, and subcontractors.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices.
