Responsibilities:
- Lead daily showroom operations ensuring a professional, brand-aligned environment.
- Drive sales through effective strategies, market analysis, and high lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements
