Embedding customer Centricity mindset and behaviors (proactive, transparent, reliable, accountable, collaborative, and resourceful) in the team and across the Organization.
Inspire and lead all the CFSC & VMI/CMI Teams towards customer centricity- driving value for both the customer and the organization
Ensuring relentless understanding of Customer Business Needs and requirements
Understanding Customer KPIs, agree targets with the Customer, and report regularly against these targets
Understanding and raise awareness of the Customer\'s Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestl\xc3\xa9\'s Supply Chain

Drive cross functional alignment:
In partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy.
Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Idea to Launch (Concept Creation to final delivery)
Working with Sales Manager, define joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance Nestl\xc3\xa9\'s "ability to win", supported by CFSC methodology
Be a Supply Chain ambassador for Nestl\xc3\xa9 and the Customer:
Drive success of On Shelf Availability and Online Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
Use eRetailer available data (daily sell out, inventory level, geographical sales, customer forecasts, etc...) to help improve forecasting and stock levels in collaboration with DSP.
Be the eRetailers main point of contact for Supply Chain (e.g ensure Supply Chain priorities and measures are followed in Joint Business Plans with key customers)
Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestl\xc3\xa9 and the Customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation.
Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives (support eContent management, Use of data standards - GDSN, eCommerce Friendly Packs, Cost to Serve, Collaborative Planning, CO2 & Sustainability, Customer Based Coordinators) and represent Nestl\xc3\xa9 in the industry.
Understanding the route to Market for products sold online in the local market. Analyze risks with other functions (QA, Regulatory, Legal) and escalate the potential issues to the eRetailer or to local authorities if need be.
Develop, Monitor and Drive the long term updates of the Market Service Strategy Model (MSSM)
Develop, in close cross functional collaboration, a Market Service Strategy that takes into account the different types of customers and their needs, to provide them with the most adequate, cost-effective services.
Ensure compliance with the defined Service Strategy by closely monitoring its correct application and correcting any deviation
Ensure the proper long term evolution of the Service Strategy Model through periodic reviews and reassessment of customers, as well as services offered. Also, all updates to the model must be timely communicated to all stakeholders. Coordinate, together with O2C optimization team, the training and development of SC/Sales/Finance specialists
Lead, Inspire and Develop capabilities in CFSC & VMI/CMI Function towards:
The development of distributor Operations Model and roll out plan, in line with the O2C Guidelines
Act as a catalyst in changing the paradigm from internal efficiency focus to "Outside- In" Customer Focused
Deployment of global standard replenishment tools and best practices to ensure fresh product availability, optimum stock cover and improved services to Distributors
Drive alignment and ensue execution of strategies from MBPC/OPDSR reviews to ensure stock allocation based on business and customer Prioritization.
Embedding the customer centricity aspect to operational meetings to support collaboration and alignment of actions to solve out of stock situations.
Ensure cross functional teams have visibility on data analytics to anticipate issues, agree on mitigation actions, minimize waste and drive continuous improvement reducing availability failures
Participate in Distributor reviews (MOR, QBRs) to align on strategic initiatives and ways of working

5 years or more experience in at least two of the following areas:
Customer Service
Demand & Supply Planning
Distribution/ Materials Handling
Sales and/ or Marketing
Project management experience to implementation of major project/s or change programme/s
Proven cross functional experience (SC, M&S, FI)
Has successfully led projects and initiatives that require a Commercial and Supply Chain understanding and knowledge
