Customer Service Agent with Dispatcher Experience
to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Agent with Dispatcher Experience will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and coordinating dispatch operations. This role requires a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about services.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Dispatch Coordination
Plan and schedule dispatch operations to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and track dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery of services or products.
Communicate effectively with drivers, technicians, or field staff to address delays, emergencies, or changes in schedules.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, dispatch logs, and related documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Use dispatching software and CRM tools to manage tasks and updates.
Problem-Solving
Handle service disruptions by finding and implementing timely solutions.
Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
At least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistics coordination role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in dispatching software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of geographical areas served by the company (optional based on role).
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license is a +.
Excellent time management skills.
Microsoft Office 365 & tech knowledge.
Handle admin tasks, booking, emails/calls, expenses.
Application smartphone knowledge and technical explanation skill.
Strong communication skills in fluent English (+Arabic, +French, +Russian or +Chinese would be nice to have).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
