Dispatcher & Timekeeper – Logistics Department
Job Description
Dispatch buses according to the approved daily movement plan and ensure routes and schedules are followed.
Monitor buses in real time using GPS tracking and report any delays, deviations, or operational issues.
Record passenger attendance and ensure all buses operate within their authorized seating capacity.
Monitor and document driver attendance, duty hours, shift changes, and any absences or late arrivals.
Prevent overloading by verifying passenger counts before departure.
Prepare and update daily movement plan reports, including trip completion, timing accuracy, GPS status, and capacity usage.
Communicate updates, incidents, or route adjustments to drivers and supervisors promptly.
Maintain organized logs of trips, attendance, and operational activities.
Camp boss assisting, support in accommodation requirement and operations daily basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
