Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Dispatching:

Overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of personnel, vehicles, or shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Team Leadership:

Supervising and leading a team of dispatch coordinators, fostering teamwork and accountability.

Workflow Management:

Monitoring workflows, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Problem Solving:

Addressing and resolving operational issues that arise during dispatch operations.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing dispatch data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve service levels.

Communication:

Communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.

Training and Development:

Providing training and development opportunities for dispatchers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing measures to improve dispatch performance.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, with some positions preferring a college degree in a related field.

Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field is often preferred.

Supervisory experience is usually required for supervisory roles.

Relevant certifications may be required depending on the specific industry

Years of Experience : 3-5yrs

With UAE drivers license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
