Job Description

• Making daily schedules with all details: Delivery time and pump details for all the requirements.
• Online update IVMS system in case of any discrepancy in the system immediately highlight in location solution group.
• Ensure matching the delivery time to the customer, in case any shortcoming inform well in advance to the customer.
• Monitor and coordinate closely with the drivers and ensure that the concrete is delivered on time.
• Daily entry in ERP the customer order and take the delivery order from the system.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in manufacturing concrete products and delivering ready-mix concrete: receives orders for company ready-mix concrete products.
• Confers with plant production and yard personnel to establish delivery schedules according to factors, such as truck capacities, distances to delivery site, and unloading time.
• Execute the shipment of concrete for each day to ensure timely delivery of concrete orders, optimize fleet and achieve efficiency at 100% customer satisfaction of quality and service.
• Communicate with other employees, and drivers.
• Accurately and quickly enter orders for delivery.
• Ensure the quality of raw material received through coordinating with the lab and QC manager.
• Operate the plant during emergency.
• Review orders in the system for proper mix design, on job date and times, job address, travel times and check for accuracy of extra products and services based on customer request.
• Ensuring the requested mix design by the customer is been delivered.
• In charge of planning the schedules of the drivers regarding deliveries and the next day's production.
• Providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for ready mix customers.
• Supervising all vehicles and ensuring their cleanness.(Fleet)
• Responsible of all drivers and monitoring their performance and ensure a vehicle check list is maintained.
• Ensure and verify vehicle safety standard on an almost daily basis.
• Supervising and signing the vehicle registry for daily trips.
• Reports to the responsible manager on daily basis.
• Directing all transportation activities.
• Responsible of plant maintenance and production process.
