• Minimum 7 years of job-related experience required in Flight Dispatch performing Flight Dispatch

• Shall have completed a training course as per the syllabi provided in ICAO Doc.7192, part D-3 Flight

Operations officer/Flight dispatcher; approved by a Regulatory Authority or a Regulatory Authority approved institute Or

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience required in Flight Dispatch, performing Flight Dispatch

Functions.

• Shall have completed a training course as per the syllabi provided in ICAO Doc.7192, part D-3 Flight

Operations officer/Flight dispatcher; approved by a Regulatory Authority or a Regulatory Authority approved institute. Preferred

• Familiar with the Flight Planning Tool prevalent at the time of recruitment.
• Flight Watch/Monitoring Experience.
• Experience in dispatching A320/A300/A330/A340/B777/B787.
• Complete understanding on MNPS and Euro Control air traffic floor management.
• Experience in Lido Flight planning system.

Previous Experience: Essential

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of EU-Ops / FAA regulations.
• Experience in Computerised Flight Planning system.
• Complete understanding on ETOPS theory and regulations.

Preferred

• Knowledge of AUSOTS operations.
• Application of Overflight permission.
• Flight Watch/Monitoring Experience.

• Good standard of English communication and written skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other office application.
• Well develop lateral analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to delegate work. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.

Preferred

• Knowledge on QCAA regulations and its applications.
• Understanding of performance calculations using Boeing and Airbus software.
• Knowledge on Jeppesen E-link tool application.
• Understanding of Network operational portal (NOP) and application skills.
