It's time to step out of your kitchen and into ours! We are currently looking for a Dispatching Supervisor and Food Dispatcher who will be responsible to ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications. You will be responsible to keep orders flowing from the kitchen to the bike drivers. Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
• Monitor progress of the food order and ensure that the kitchen puts out the dishes according to the ticket's specifications.
• Check the orders and dispatch orders for deliveries.
• Ensure speed, and accuracy in dispatching food orders.
• Verify food order for deliver by matching bills and reconciling quantities while noting discrepancies.
• Responsible on packing precisely based on the customer's orders.
• Examine the food items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time.
• Checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
• Monitor sanitation and proper temperatures while additional requirement is prepared.
• Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Graduate
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in F&B industry
• Must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
• Must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
