Your role
Your day is successful when you have been able to distribute all the assignments of the day to the available technicians and provide them with the shortest route possible. You will be extra challenged by customers who are absent or want a faster appointment, technicians who break down or assignments that end. Every day you are perfectly on time, because punctuality is your middle name. After having talked to colleagues, you draw your attention to the incoming assignments that your fellow technicians take care of. Long term plans are made via an internal system and you are daily on the ball to play and adjust where necessary. Your knowledge about the Belgian road network is legendary. Through your insights you will find more efficient solutions to guide your fellow technicians through their day as quickly as possible. You know better than anyone else to find the balance between the interests of the staff, the customer and the company. A regular and good contact with these people is therefore of great importance! In addition to planning, you fulfill a number of other administrative tasks.Our ideal candidate is

- You have good geographical insight

- You are proactive, decisive and easily make decisions
- You have strong analytical skills and are result-oriented

- Bilingualism is a plus (NL - FR)
