A bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities
1.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, for giving him sales status, production, dispatch & consumption figures, dispatch analysis reports, deviation & corrective actions taken & seeking guidance for unidentified problem areas & improvement schemes to arrive at quick solutions to problems.

Managing and overseeing the packing and dispatch operations
3.
Ensuring products are packed securely and accurately
4.
Create, adjust, and manage delivery schedules and routes.
5.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery information.
6.
Monitor and track the status of deliveries to ensure timely completion.
7.
Liaise with customers to provide delivery updates and address any issues.
8.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
9.
Handle emergencies and unforeseen issues promptly and efficiently.
10.
Ensure continuous availability of materials.
