Role Overview:

Join Dolphin Bakes as a

Dispatch Manager

, where you'll be central to our bakery's distribution process.

We seek a results-driven leader to optimize delivery operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards in efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the dispatch/delivery team Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff Monitor daily dispatch processes and finished goods inventory Ensure all deliveries are accurate and on schedule Analyze delivery metrics and implement improvements Prepare and submit daily finished products reports Resolve delivery issues and handle urgent matters with professionalism

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) At least

2 years' experience

in bakery product dispatch or FMCG logistics Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Proficient in using dispatch/stock management software (advantageous) Ready to relocate or commute to Ajman before start date Preference for
