Dispatch Manager
to oversee the distribution of finished bakery products. The role involves managing the dispatch team, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the dispatch/delivery team Conduct regular meetings and training sessions Monitor daily dispatch operations and stock availability Coordinate with production and delivery teams Track and improve delivery performance metrics Maintain and submit finished goods reports daily Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in dispatch of bakery products Strong leadership and organizational skills Must be able to commute or relocate to Ajman before startingPreference:
