Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:



1. Preparing Daily local sales & Management sales Reports

2. Arranging & keeping records of all documents related to deliveries

3. Scanning, preparing reports & filing documents on daily basis (tax invoices & delivery notes)

4. Sales orders distribution & filing

5. Maintaining, keeping records & submitting original invoices to the respective salesperson.

6. Attending local customers related to cash receipts.

7. Attending & entering maintenance receipts & closing cash at the end

8. Preparing Sales orders and invoices.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

* Dispatch Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
