Dispatch Coordinator - Hygiene & Cleaning Products Company

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate product deliveries efficiently.
Manage customer orders, inventory records, and dispatch documentation.
Communicate clearly with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in delivery loads and documentation.
Handle urgent deliveries and meet strict timelines.
Requirements:
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or FMCG distribution.
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
Knowledge of fleet tools, GPS tracking, and load management.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Logistics/supply chain certification preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Awareness of health, safety, and delivery standards.
