JOB SUMMARY
The Dispatch Coordinator will answer and responds to calls to provide assistance, important information from the necessary departments to clients.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to telephone and email inquiries regarding service.
Controls routing & dispatching of messengers to the building, while ensuring route efficiency
Organizing, filing & tracking all customer receipts, Tenancy contracts, Ejari
Fill out required paperwork for any related requests
Daily data entry of all customers' services completed with accuracy
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
Provide reports to the management
EDUCATIONAL & OTHER SKILLS
Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in an office environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Graduation is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Ms. Excel & Word
