We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with a broad spectrum of skills to take on a crucial role in our customer service and client relations department.

Core Responsibilites Qualify Members for investment tours Push to travel qualified members to Dubai Achieve a substantial tour conversion rate monthly Ensure a full book of business for arrivals and scheduled tours monthly Generate member referrals Market and sell memberships Handle all qualified member queries/complaints Ensure member satisfaction and overall positive experience during their visit to Dubai

Desired Skill & Expertise

Charismatic & Friendly Face to face sales & telesales experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Driven by sales and commission Professional and friendly manner Work effectively as a team player

Language skills- Should be fluent in English and Arabic (French would be additional benefit)
