Job Summary
Drive strategy for enterprise IT infrastructure for IFFCO group of companies and support IFFCO group CIO in its digital transformation journey. Define roadmap for infra and different connected technology elements including cloud platform for the group of companies. Manage complex technology transformational projects, implement IT Security, annual budgeting, planning and expenses, applications and databases, assist in deploying business solutions, manage cloud infra, drive global IT infra and services standardization, build and manage local & remote offshore service delivery support teams, manage business continuity platform and annual disaster recovery drills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational accountability for IFFCO global IT infrastructure
- Expand, lead and develop strong global IT team in fast paced environment to support IFFCO global workforce that is engaged in food production, warehousing, distribution, logistics and sales
- Lead technology transformation , security , projects , operations and end user support across BUs
- Define roadmap, design, architect and implement the IT infra services to simplify the IFFCO global technology landscape
- Own and drive global technology changes, upgrades, new deployments, maintenance, end-user computing, enterprise network, servers , infra & application hosting in multiple data centers
- Accountable for user satisfaction and IT helpdesk support across devices , applications and network
- Financial governance with annual budgeting and planning, tracking of IT infra related capital and operations expenses , assist group in optimizing overall IT costs
- Assist IFFCO Group Director Information Services to formulate, recommend and implement IT strategy that drives operational efficiency, ensures availability, Security, connectivity and business continuity at global landscape of IFFCO in 15 countries
- Partner with key business stakeholders and teams such HR, Admin, Finance, Legal , SCM, Central procurement, Operations, R&D etc to define current and future IT needs
- Oversee AMC and contracts with multiple vendors and partners. Build relationship with OEMs and service providers. Standardize IT purchases, manage vendor contracts
- Drive equipment specification standardization for vendors, in servers , end user devices, networks, hardware and telephony
- Enhance digital security infrastructure for all part of the organization. Manage information Security for the organization from a technical , functional as well policy, awareness and education perspective. Lead SOC (Security Operation Center) and drive continuous improvement in security program
- Work closely with head of security to implement security solutions, strengthen IT security in IFFCO group, drive and assist security awareness and improve security practices and policies
- Work with internal and external IT auditors for group security governance and compliance
- Provide direction to infra teams to support our global network of growing IFFCO factories, offices, warehouses, etc. with equipment specification, state of art solutions in new , upgrade or maintenance
- Develop training and awareness program to enhance end user adoption on applications, tools, technology and security to help organization in productivity, upskilling and reduce the risk enhance response in case of threats
- Manage DR & Response infrastructure to ensure redundancy and high availability of critical systems and infrastructure
- Own IFFCO IT landscape as base line that includes but not limited to Windows, Unix, SQL, Oracle, Office365, Azure, AWS, Zoho, ERP Oracle eBiz and SAP S4 HANA.
KPIs
Work experience requirement
20+ years of related experience in Corporate IT roles including experience of managing IT infrastructure related activities, global teams, budget, projects, operations, services and security at global environment
Qualification
Must have a degree in relevant field.
Post-Graduation from reputed business school is desirable.
