Job Description
A leading consultancy is looking to bring on board an expert in strategy consulting to deliver for key clients in the real estate industry across multiple asset classes. The individual will lead a team, working to advise clients on several projects through their market research, due diligence, financial models, and so on.
Proven experience in developing strategies for large-scale assets including but not limited to sectors like hospitality, commercial, residential.
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
Past work experience in consulting firms leading efforts within the real estate division.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and offer consistent support.
Clear communication and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders.
A well-established leading consultancy firm delivering for clients within multiple sectors around the globe.

- Formulate and execute strategies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with senior leadership to plan and deliver the development of strategies that are in line with the client brief, vision and ambition.
- Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to deliver the projects within the real estate sector.
- Support and guide the team to encourage individual and collaborative development.
- Leverage experience within the real estate industry to review strategies and advise key clients.
- Administer extensive bench marking and analytical reviews within the industry to advise and justify these recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and oversee reports within the team, including but not limited to financial models, executive presentations, due diligence and market research.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget.
