Job Description

Our client is a well-established and reputable institution operating in Abu Dhabi, with a strong focus on Financial Services and Capital Markets.

Essential Duties:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for diverse clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales team, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
  • Track team performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Align sales strategy with overall company goals.
  • Develop strategies for clearing, settlement, and market data products.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients, including brokers and institutional investors.
  • Collaborate on strategies with the clearinghouse and market data team.
  • Represent the exchange at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years in sales and relationship management in FS, specifically within Capital Markets.
  • Strong industry understanding and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
