GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation programs and services within the addiction center. Ensures comprehensive support for patients and their families by developing necessary policies and maintaining adherence to established procedures and best practices in rehabilitation. Provides leadership to the Rehabilitation Management team, monitors program effectiveness, and collaborates with other departments to enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes for patients.


Job Responsibility:

Supports the executive director by performing tasks and reports as required to achieve the mission, vision, and values of the Erada Center. Works with the executive committee to implement the strategic plan of the Erada Center. Manages and develop rehabilitation programs, strategies, and policies according to the latest global standards to ensure continuous improvement in operations. Supports quality assurance and continuous improvement programs, including the ongoing provision of services that align with best practices and performance measurement to achieve desired outcomes. Participates in maintaining various accreditation programs to elevate the Erada Center to excellence in the region. Actively develops and participates in establishing key performance indicators for rehabilitation and monitors their results to enhance the overall outcome of the center's rehabilitation services. Develops treatment plans for patients based on scientific and practical foundations related to substance addiction. Collaborates with relevant entities or individuals to achieve the best interests of patients according to their treatment plans. Participates in scientific research that contributes to understanding issues related to addiction and other related disorders that patients may suffer from. Trains rehabilitation specialists on the latest methods and methodologies used in addiction treatment to ensure appropriate service delivery to patients according to the latest standards. Utilizes services provided by community institutions for the benefit of patients and their families and contributes to their development to achieve the desired therapeutic goals. Oversees the development and delivery of sports programs and internal and external activities for patients in various clinics at the center. Supervises the development of approved religious programs at the center. Collaborates and partners with academic institutions to develop training programs in the field of addiction treatment and rehabilitation. Communicates and cooperates with relevant religious authorities within the state to achieve the center's objectives. Participates in the recruitment and selection process for staff in the rehabilitation department. Responsible for monitoring and developing rehabilitation programs at the Erada Center in inpatient and outpatient clinics. Oversees the analysis and identification of risks and prepares plans to manage them in coordination with organizational units.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications



Master's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification with specialization certificates.


Experience:


Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in fields related to addiction treatment
