We currently have people from 16nationalities across our 6 locations and are happy to celebrate all festivals. : -As the ArabyAds business is continuously expanding across business units (offerings) and across markets (geographies), we are looking for an exception leader to help us inexpanding the business for our programmatic offering.The Director of Supply - Programmatic, will play a critical role in leading the teamresponsible for planning, negotiating, buying, and optimizing our over-the-top/connectedTV (OTT/CTV) paid media strategy across our device partner platforms and monetising the same through advertisersPrincipal Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeading a portfolio of ArabyAds' supply relationships with video Publishers, ad exchanges supply side platforms and broadcasters.o Identify commercially viable key supply partners and solutions - globally andregionally - that allow for a strong differentiation of our positioning in an increasinglycluttered marketplaceo Work with existing supply side vendors on new product features, roll out andadoption. Explore, meet and test new supply solutions that may fulfil our clients'needso Develop and negotiate supply partnerships to extract maximum media value andunique benefits that are only available to ArabyAdso Establish key supply packages and offering catered to clients' needs and seasonalofferingo Maintain and refine internal supply feedback loop with operations and agencieso Increasing exiting partnerships, to ensure that scale and delivery are maximized across every inventory partnero Identifying new partnership opportunities, initiating creative ways to develop strongand mutually beneficial relationships with new video inventory suppliers.o Continuously define client needs and translate needs into opportunities for ArabyAdso Overseeing integration efforts, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to maximize the delivery on all digital video inventoryo Monitoring and providing analysis of each supply partner, finding ways to optimize forbrand safe and quality performanceo Negotiating and creating private deal IDs with individual Publishers for exclusiveinventory and pricingo Daily management of our RTB platforms including bid analysis, activity, performance,margin, discrepancy, troubleshootingo Working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns across all inventory partnerso Developing and maintaining quality control procedureso Managing & increasing ArabyAds' programmatic inventory (mobile, video, addressable CTV, audio and beyond)Required Skills and Experienceo Expertise in working with ad servers, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, verification and data toolso 10+ years of Digital Advertising experience at an agency trading desk, demand side platform or sell side platform including project and or account management experience.o Deep knowledge and experience in mobile advertising space including technical skills Google Ad Serving and Exchange products, rich media, attribution, audience targeting and data modellingo Must have Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formatso Knowledge of DFA/DCM, Sizmek, Innovid and various third-party video ad serving platforms preferredo Demonstrated ability in effectively coordinating and driving of strategic initiatives across an organization (both internally and externally) to achieve key deliverable Benefits Skills Required
