Director of Marketing
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive marketing and branding strategy to enhance the property's image, drive demand, and achieve business objectives. This role encompasses brand management, digital marketing, public relations, advertising, and collateral development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Create and implement the annual marketing plan and budget to support revenue goals for rooms, F&B, and events.
• Brand Management: Protect and enhance the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing: Lead all digital efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy to increase direct bookings and engagement.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key partners. Manage PR agencies to secure positive media coverage.
• Advertising & Collateral: Plan and execute traditional and digital advertising campaigns. Oversee the creation of all sales collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and public relations.
• Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing a marketing budget and measuring ROI.
