Job Summary:
The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, staff management, and compliance with health and safety standards, the role drives innovation and maintains the brand's reputation in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all F&B outlets and banquet services Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with hotel goals Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize revenue Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards Recruit, train, and mentor F&B teams to deliver outstanding service Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on menu development and promotions Foster a culture of excellence and guest-centric service
Qualifications:
Proven experience in senior F&B management in 5 Star hotels Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen Knowledge of UAE hospitality market and cultural sensitivities
