Education and Professional Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with a valid legal practicing certificate.
Bachelor's degree in Law; advanced legal qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate restructuring, with a strong background in Jersey or Cayman restructuring.
Proven experience as a board secretary or in a similar governance role.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing international teams and projects.
