Qualification:

Master\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration.
A deep understanding of the marketing and communications landscape in real estate, manufacturing, financial institutions, and services industries
Have strong leadership and management skills, be able to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in building Marketing strategy
Experience in Media communication such as radio, television, publications

Job Responsibility:

1. Develope and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy for the company and its other business units.

2. Creating and managing the marketing budget across all business units.

3. Developing and executing advertising and promotional campaigns for the company\'s products and services.

4. Coordinating with business unit leaders to ensure that marketing and communications efforts are aligned with their respective business objectives.

5. Developing and managing the company\'s brand identity and reputation.

6. Developing and maintaining relationships with key media outlets and journalists.

7. Developing and managing the company\'s digital marketing strategy, including search engine optimization, social media, and email marketing.

8. Managing and developing the marketing and communications team.

9. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.

10. Monitor local & worldwide Exhibitions and negotiate with event organizers.
