Job Description
Dynasty Real Estate is looking to hire a professional and tenured \'Marketing Representative\' to operate our in-house Marketing Team for all 3 of our branches in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Is able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Portal Management & CRM Operations: Is familiar with operating Real Estate Portals like Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle. Is familiar with using CRM platforms like salesforce, leadsquared, zoho,etc
- Website & Landing Pages: Has experience in creating landing pages and website management.
- Digital Marketing: Is able to manage the company\'s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Content Creation, Photography & Editing Skills: Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, videos, website update and property listings, to attract and engage prospective clients.
- Has worked in marketing for Real Estate brokerages in Dubai for minimum 12 months
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing (preferable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Location: Motor City, Dubai
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: AED 7000 - AED 8,000 per month
- Working Hours: 09:00 am to 06:30 pm
- Schedule: Monday to Friday & alternate Saturday\'s
