Job Description
The Leasing Director is responsible for leading the company's end-to-end leasing strategy and operations across its property portfolio -- encompassing retail, lifestyle centers, strip plazas, and mixed-use developments. The role ensures sustained occupancy, maximized rental yield, and an optimal tenant mix that supports the company's long-term value creation. Through strategic planning, market intelligence, negotiation excellence, and effective team leadership, the Leasing Director drives revenue growth, strengthens tenant relationships, and upholds the company's position as a leading real estate operator in the region.
Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Familiarity with REGA licensing and Ejar platform compliance is required; certifications such as CCIM or ICSC are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
