Job Summary
The Director, Learning & Development (Brand & Culture) is responsible for embedding the company's brand DNA and cultural values into every aspect of learning and talent development worldwide. This role ensures that development programs not only build capability but also strengthen brand identity, guest experience, and a high-performance, emotionally engaged culture. Acting as a global custodian of brand-led learning, this role designs, deploys, and measures strategies that align people development with business priorities and brand promise.
